Post-Tribulation Arguments

Uninterrupted Rapture

THE RAPTURE IS INSTANTANEOUS AND UNINTERRUPTED EVENT

SUPPORTING Argument no.6. the rapture takes place at the end of the tribulation period because...

There is only one resurrection of the saints. it is fast, it is uninterrupted and it is final.

The Rapture is instantaneous, uninterrupted event:

"In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1 Cor. 15:52

The Rapture is instantaneous, uninterrupted, global event. Some say that the Rapture is divided into stages. There is no Biblical proof of that, besides it would contradict the verse from 1st Corinthians above. The are only two resurrections mentioned in the Bible - the resurrection of the Saints (and the transformation of the living - aka "the Rapture) and the 2nd resurrection of all other dead people. No resurrection (that is to eternal bodies), took place in the past (other than of Christ, of course), 2 Tim. 2:18 makes clear of that. No resurrection to eternal bodies will take place before Christ's coming, as per 1 Cor.15:22–23.

A sidenote:

Some may say "what about the saints that were resurrected after Jesus's death?" (see Mat.27:52-53) These saints could only be resurrected to mortal bodies because, otherwise, that would clearly contradict the verses from 2 Tim 2:18 and 1 Cor.15:22–23.
